This policy explains how AwardRight LLC ("AwardRight", "we") collects, uses and shares information when you use awardright.com or contact us. By using the site, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a form on our site, email us or sign up for a service, we collect what you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and details about your business and the bids you're interested in.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic usage information, such as the pages you visit, how you reached the site, the type of device you use and which links you click. Links in our emails include the business's public SAM.gov ID (UEI) and which email the link was in, so we can see which email a visit came from. We use this to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We don't use advertising cookies or sell this information.
Information from public sources. We may use business contact information that companies have made public, for example in federal registration records, to tell them about our services.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to provide and improve our services, respond to your requests, send the reports, alerts and other materials you ask for, communicate with you about our services, process payments, and meet our legal obligations.
How we share information
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, form, email, file storage and payment providers, and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
Client information
Information that clients share with us to prepare bids, such as past performance, staffing and pricing, is kept confidential and used only to provide our services to that client. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor, and we don't store full payment card numbers.
You can stop receiving marketing emails from us at any time by using the unsubscribe instructions in the email or by replying to ask us to stop. We may still send you messages about services you've signed up for.
Security and retention
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing info@awardright.com. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under the law, and we'll respond to requests as the law requires.
Children
Our site and services are for businesses and aren't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
