Built for small firms that want federal work without a bid team
Federal work isn't only for big companies with bid teams. Plenty of small businesses are a great fit for it and just need the right help to get there. If any of these sounds like you, we can help.
You don't have the time
Agencies post cleaning and grounds bids on SAM.gov every week, often under codes and titles that don't match how you'd describe your work. Finding the few that fit takes hours, and the good ones close fast.
That searching is what we do for you. Each business morning you get a short email with the bids that fit, why each one made the cut and when it's due. If one catches your eye, reply and we'll explain what the agency wants.
You've never bid before
A lot of good commercial contractors have never tried federal work because it looks like a world of its own. Some of it is. But many contracts in these trades are set aside for small businesses, and plenty are small enough for a first-timer to win.
We'll make sure you're registered in SAM.gov (it's free) under the right service codes, then point you to contracts that suit your crew. Your commercial jobs count as experience, and we'll help you write them up. Our first-contract guide covers the basics.
You've been priced out
Plenty of consultants do good work, but many charge a monthly retainer or a share of the contract. On contracts worth tens of thousands a year, paying that before you've won anything is a hard sell.
Bid Alerts start at $49 a month. Help with a proposal or a price is a flat fee for that bid, and you'll know the number before we start. No retainer, and we never take a cut of what you win.
You can't keep up
If you've won federal work before, you know what a proposal takes: a long solicitation to read, sections to write and a price built on the required wage rates. In busy season, good bids get skipped because nobody has the hours.
We can do most of that. We read the solicitation, flag anything risky, draft the proposal from your records and build the price in a spreadsheet you can change. You set the final number and submit it yourself. If a contract you hold is coming up for re-bid, tell us early and we'll be ready when it posts.

The work we cover
Our daily alerts currently focus on janitorial, landscaping, tree care and facilities support, plus waste and recycling, pest control and equipment repair, in all 50 states and DC. We'll be adding more trades over time. If you've already found a bid somewhere else, we're happy to look at it. If you hold a certification like 8(a), HUBZone, woman-owned or veteran-owned, we'll look for bids set aside for it.
